Simcere is actively increasing our collaborations with domestic and international companies and research institutes.
Feb 2006, we established a Joint Laboratory with Tsinghua University.
Jan 2007, we entered into a R&D agreement with Advenchen, a pharmaceutical R&D Company in the US, for the clinical studies and commercialization of an anti-cancer pharmaceutical.
On December 12, 2008, Simcere Pharmaceutical Group and Epitomics, Inc., the world’s sole provider of humanized rabbit monoclonal antibodies for therapeutic use signed an agreement to collaborate on the co-development and production of humanized RabMAb® antibody therapeutics for tumors. Under the agreement, Simcere and Epitomics will collaborate on pre- clinical and clinical trials, product manufacturing, and product distribution in the international markets. |
